Under extraordinary circumstances, on the recommendation of the Principal/ Commandant of the concerned institution, the Rector may allow transfer of a student within Hajvery, or migration from other foreign/Pakistani universities/colleges of repute, generally under the following conditions:
- The applicant can apply after completion of first year of study and before beginning of final year at Parent University. He/she should apply to Hajvery before the start date of a semester.
- Possesses SSC & HSSC/equivalent certificates of relevant groups with minimum 60% marks. All Non-FSc stream candidates have to provide equivalence certificate duly..
- Should have the academic performance of reasonably high standards.
- Courses must correspond to courses offered by Hajvery or equivalent in depth and intensity.
- The credits transferred are counted towards the degree requirement and GPA of the transferred credits shall not be counted towards the calculation of CGPA. A maximum of 40 credit hours are allowed to transfer.
- The university/college/institute, from which the student request for migration should be well known, recognized by HEC and has respectable standing/ranking.
- Transfer within Hajvery will be allowed to students admitted on the basis of Hajvery selection process.
- Inter-institutional transfers of students within Hajvery will be managed and processed on the basis of laid down procedure in vogue.
- Applicants who could not get admission in Hajvery because of not meeting the merit requirements in previous sessions are not eligible to apply for migration.
- Hajvery authorities reserve the right to reject cases without assigning any reason.
- Migrated students are not eligible for Honours/Awards.
- Application must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to start of a regular semester.
